Terms of Service

Article 1 (OS Vietnam Co., Ltd.)

OS Vietnam Co., Ltd. means the generic name of the site related to job offers and applications service for labor placement business operators and persons who wish to change jobs on the Internet that OS Vietnam Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") provides (https://www.outsourcing-vn.com/), and services to provide information including mail service and other supportive services associated with this site.

Article 2 (Use of OS Vietnam Co., Ltd.)

1. Any persons who use OS Vietnam Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "User") shall, in using OS Vietnam Co., Ltd., be deemed to acknowledge all the provisions of this "Terms of Use of OS Vietnam Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as these "Terms") and "Regarding Handling of Personal Information (OS Vietnam Co., Ltd.)." As the intention of non-compliance shall be admitted only by not using OS Vietnam Co., Ltd., if a person who does not accept those, he/she may not use OS Vietnam Co., Ltd.

2. User shall use OS Vietnam Co., Ltd. at his/her own will and responsibilities.

Article 3 (Prohibitions)

1. User may not conduct the following acts on OS Vietnam Co., Ltd.:

(1) Act to violate intellectual property rights such as copyrights and rights of others such as privacy, honor, and portrait rights;

(2) Act to slander an individual and an organization;

(3) Act that that harms or is likely to harm a third party or the Company;

(4) Act to register, notice or provide false information;

(5) Sales activity or act, such as provision of information for the purpose of profit by using OS Vietnam Co., Ltd.;

(6) Act to duplicate, sell, publish or other acts to use information obtained through OS Vietnam Co., Ltd. beyond the range of personal use;

(7) Act that interferes or is likely to interfere with the operation of OS Vietnam Co., Ltd. or damages or is likely to damage the credit of the Company; and

(8) Act that violates or is likely to violate laws or regulations or public order.

2. Our company retains the right to discontinue the use of OS Vietnam Co., Ltd. by, or to refuse the future use of User when he/she conducted any of the acts set forth in the preceding paragraph.

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

1. With respect to damage caused by the use of OS Vietnam Co., Ltd. (including provision of information by the Company or a third party associated therewith), the Company shall, regardless of the reason, be responsible only for the direct and actual damages; provided, however, that the Company shall not ne responsible for damages caused by any of the following events:

(1) Damage caused in relation to a service or site provided by a third party that provides a sweepstake or sales promotion on OS Vietnam Co., Ltd., or that can be accessed through OS Vietnam Co., Ltd.;

(2) Damage by virus that cannot be prevented by measures to be taken generally, or damages caused by natural disasters;

(3) Damage resulting from interruption, delay or failure of the system or loss of the data due to failure of the communication line, the computers and the software, etc., or unauthorized access to the data;

(4) Damage raised between User and a third party by the use of OS Vietnam Co., Ltd.; and

(5) Other damage caused by a reason not attributable to the Company.

2. The Company will not guarantee that the data in OS Vietnam Co., Ltd. will not be erased or changed. User is advised to store necessary data at his/her own responsibility.

Article 5 (Provision of Information)

1. User shall acknowledge that, with respect to the information provided on OS Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Job Information, advertisement and other information provided by a third party), neither the accuracy, legality, safety, adequacy, usability, recency, period of display and other matters regarding the information provided shall be guaranteed by the Company, and he/she shall use it at his/her own responsibility.

2. The Company shall not guarantee that a failure, an error or a damage will not occur in providing OS Vietnam Co., Ltd., information obtained from OS Vietnam Co., Ltd. is accurate, or OS Vietnam Co., Ltd. or products, services or information available through OS Vietnam Co., Ltd. meet the expectations of User.

Article 6 (Liability to Third Party)

User shall resolve all disputes and damage that arise with a third party by the use of OS Vietnam Co., Ltd. at his/her responsibility, and the Company shall not be liable or not intervene therein.

Article 7 (Damages)

If any damage is caused to the Company due to a breach of these Terms by User, he/she shall be liable for any and all damage, whether direct or indirect, for the Company.

Article 8 (Handling of Personal Information)

User is advised to refer to "Regarding Handling of Personal Information (OS Vietnam Co., Ltd.)."

Article 9 (Change, etc. of OS Vietnam Co., Ltd. )

The Company may, without the prior notice to Users, change, suspend temporarily or for a long time, or terminate OS Vietnam Co., Ltd.

Article 10 (Change of Terms)

The Company may, at any time, change these Terms. Such change shall be immediately deemed to be accepted by all Users at the time of the display on OS Vietnam Co., Ltd. thereof.

Supplementary Provision

These Terms shall be effective on June 30, 2013.
